More than capital introductions.
PVH is a client-side advisory platform. We work for the sponsor: validating the opportunity, designing the structure, building the institutional package, and managing execution, so the transaction earns the confidence of sophisticated capital.

Capital is not the first step. Readiness is.
Sophisticated capital does not respond to enthusiasm. It responds to evidence: reconciled numbers, defensible assumptions, clean structure, and a sponsor who is prepared for the questions before they are asked.
Most transactions do not fail because the opportunity is weak. They fail because the request reaches the wrong audience, in the wrong form, at the wrong time. PVH exists to prevent that by putting every transaction through rigorous preparation before it reaches the market.
The work is client-side and advisory. PVH is compensated for advisory work products and process management, not for selling securities. Where an activity requires broker-dealer registration or another professional license, that activity is conducted through the appropriately licensed party under separate agreements.
Six disciplines. One standard.
Transaction Assessment & Pre-Underwriting
A pre-underwriting pass covers the sponsor, management team, business model, project economics, ownership structure, and capital requirement. We reconcile sources and uses, review financial assumptions, identify underwriting concerns, and determine what must be resolved before the opportunity advances.
Capital Architecture
Evaluation of senior debt, bridge or construction financing, preferred equity, common equity, mezzanine capital, and hybrid alternatives. We compare cost, control, execution risk, timing, capital-source acceptance, and long-term strategic impact.
Institutional Readiness & Diligence
Development of the diligence framework required to support sophisticated capital review. The work covers documentation tracking, sponsor and guarantor analysis, risk identification, governance review, and data-room organization, coordinated with the client’s legal, tax, accounting, and technical professionals.
Execution Strategy & Process Management
Preparation of executive materials, institutional narratives, financial exhibits, management presentations, and transaction-specific diligence responses. We manage the process, evaluate commercial feedback, compare proposed terms, and help the client make informed decisions throughout execution.
Entity & SPV Structuring
Advisory design of the entity architecture behind the transaction — special-purpose vehicles, holding and operating structures, and joint-venture or preferred-equity vehicles — with final documentation prepared by the client’s legal and tax counsel.
Capital-Source Strategy & Connectivity
Development of the capital-source strategy behind market entry — mapping the institutional landscape, qualifying fit, sequencing outreach, and coordinating targeted introductions where permitted. Activities requiring broker-dealer registration or another professional license are conducted through appropriately licensed parties under separate agreements.
Clients with real transactions, and real complexity.
Operating Companies
Businesses financing growth, real estate, equipment, acquisitions, or recapitalization — where the company’s story and its numbers must agree before institutional review.
Sponsors & Developers
Real estate sponsors preparing development, construction, value-add, or stabilized transactions for institutional debt and equity audiences.
Families & Principals
Family offices and principals with concentrated assets, estate-connected holdings, or partnership interests that require disciplined preparation before any capital event.
